This rugged shoulder bag is made of heavy-weight canvas and is quite a simple and functional item. They were made in Poland for the Soviet bloc Army forces way back before the fall of the wall, but are in great condition having been in unissued storage for all that time. 

The bags were originally intended for bread and have several internal compartments which add a bit of support to loose contents and separation to find.
